Vincent Coquard’s artisanal sausage, terrines and pâtés des Pères Chavanne, Corgier-Cherpin farm cheese, good Beaujolais Rucher gingerbread, Beaujolais Biscuitain sacristans, blackcurrant liqueur from Maison Jacoulot… The shelves of the welcome are full of delights with evocative names and mesmerizing flavors. Local products, authentic and sometimes exceptional.
Put a finger in a pot of « Peaches of vines from the hillsides of the Jarez » prepared by Philippe Bruneton: you will appreciate better the value of his title of « Master Candied of France ». Take a sip of the White « River of Ain » brewed by Patrice Pobel: you will share the sensations of the judges who have crowned this prestigious beer « World’s best Pale », the best beer in the world.
And what about the wines! St Amour « Intense Summer », Brouilly « Old Pisse », Fleurie « Grille midi »: here, the labels sing, the Beaujolais vintages swirl, the epicureans exult!
