This internationnaly reknow chef, crowned 3 stars by Michelin, deeply hides his Bressan heart. His restaurant in Von- nas, shrine of the Bressan and national gatronomy is, rst of all, a great family story. Founded by his great grand-pa- rents in 1872, this superb ancient post house saw generations of “Blanc” women cooks before Georges succeeded his mother.

Major cultural site in the heart of the Bressan bocage. The museum offers a discovery, to grownups and little ones, around strong and symbolic Bressan themes (production, foods, and culinary traditions, costumes and garments, environment and landscape, building and housing).
Especially admire the Bressan farm extraordinarily well preserved and visit freely the vast exhibition 3300 sqm hall with its contemporary architecture.
The whole site proposes an attractive museography where you nd a rigorous scienti c analysis, poetic images and the precious testimony of the objects.
